Services
Free Consultation
The first step in working with me is a free, up to one hour, consultation. During this consultation we will go over the services I offer and what your family's needs and desires are for the upcoming birth of your new family member.
While I prefer in-person, I can also provide a consultation virtually, or over the phone.
Birth Doula
I offer several birth doula support packages, from very basic labor only support, full prenatal and postpartum in-person support. Regardless of the package you choose, I offer unlimited text support prenatally, and my support during your labor is unlimited, aside from breaks for self-care in the case of a lengthy birth.

I believe that birth support shouldn't be a luxury. Please reach out if you need help with affordable options. In addition to sliding scale options, I have partnered with an organization that helps me provide birth support at no cost to my clients who qualify.
Sibling Doula
As a sibling doula, my job is to help your other little ones while you are in labor. After the initial free consultation, I will schedule one appointment with your family, in your home. The first appointment will be with you and your partner to discuss your plans for labor and delivery, and to develop a plan for your child(ren)'s care. We will discuss where the birth will be, how involved you think the children might be in the process, and how you think I can support them best. We will discuss ways you can prepare them for the labor and delivery. If you opt for a second appointment, it will be to teach your children, in an age appropriate way, about what to expect, and the sights, smells and sounds they might experience. We will discuss ways they will be able to help, and how they can let me know if they need a break. We will also come up with a plan for when you would like me to show up when you are in labor. I will be glad to consult with your birth doula to figure this out together.
Postpartum Doula
I offer limited postpartum support. Reach out to discuss options!
